Delivery & Working Days
Noir operates 7 days a week, delivering through our fleet and partnered couriers.

Delivery Time
Same-day or next-day delivery based on your area. You may also schedule periodic deliveries (daily, weekly, monthly).

Order Timing
Orders must be placed at least 4 hours before the requested delivery time. Some items may need more preparation time.

Urgent Orders

Delivery Process
A signature is required upon receipt. Delivery is made to the registered address; any signature at that address counts as confirmation.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is present, contact us to reschedule. Orders unclaimed for 3+ days are not our responsibility. Missing delivery twice incurs extra fees.

If a product is found to be counterfeit, you receive a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Important
If an item arrives damaged, contact customer service within 24 hours. All items, including free gifts, must be returned for approval.

After collection, a quality check will be performed. If approved, we process your refund according to your selected method.

Return Time Limits
All return-eligible items can be sent back within 31 days from delivery. You may submit an online return request within the first 7 days, or contact customer service anytime before the 31-day period ends.

After 31 days, returns are not accepted. For issues beyond this period, contact the manufacturer if a warranty is available.
