At NOIR, we strive to process and ship all orders efficiently and professionally.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time ranges between 2–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotions, or due to courier-related delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Free shipping offers, if applicable, are subject to specific conditions determined by NOIR.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • NOIR shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, losses, or failed shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

  • If an order is refused, not received, or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

    • The customer will bear all shipping and return shipping costs.

    • Any reshipping will require payment of a new shipping fee.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting all shipping and handling costs.
