2. Use of the Site

You also authorize the use of your submitted name in connection with such content.
You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person, or mislead as to the origin of any Submission.
Tulip Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to edit or remove any Submissions.
By completing an order or registering on the Site, you consent to receive: a) Transactional emails related to your order,
b) Review requests for your purchase experience, and
c) Promotional emails, SMS, or push notifications from Noir.
You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.

4. Order Acceptance and Pricing
Tulip Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or inaccurate information.
You may be required to provide additional verification (e.g., identity, address, or payment details) before an order is accepted. Failure to respond within two (2) days will result in automatic cancellation.
While we strive for accurate pricing, errors may occur. In such cases, Tulip Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, whether or not confirmed or charged.
If your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
The arbitration shall be conducted in Cairo, in English.
The arbitrator shall be legally trained and experienced in information technology.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding and enforceable in any competent court.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tulip Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief before competent courts to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
International payments made through the Site are processed by a contracted Payment Service Provider registered in Egypt.

8. Termination
Tulip Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, in whole or in part, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or any applicable law.
Upon termination, all licenses granted shall immediately cease.
Tulip Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such termination.
If you are dissatisfied with the Site or these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.
