This Refund and Return Policy governs all purchases made through noir-eg.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Tulip (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

You may submit a return or refund request within 31 days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

Returned items must:
