At NOIR, we strive to process and ship all orders efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with clear and enforceable terms.
Delivery & Working Days
NOIR operates 7 days a week and delivers orders through its own fleet as well as authorized third-party courier partners.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Timing
For scheduled deliveries, orders must be placed at least 4 hours prior to the requested delivery time.
Some products may require additional preparation time, which may affect delivery timelines.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time ranges between 2–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in selected areas, subject to confirmation.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to courier-related delays.
Scheduled & Periodic Deliveries
Customers may request scheduled or periodic deliveries (daily, weekly, or monthly), subject to availability and approval.
Urgent Orders
For urgent or rush delivery requests, customers must contact customer service to confirm availability.
Delivery Process
A signature is required upon delivery.
Delivery is made to the registered delivery address provided by the customer. Any signature at the registered address shall be considered valid proof of receipt and delivery confirmation.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location, and additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
Free shipping offers, if applicable, are subject to specific conditions determined solely by NOIR.

Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
NOIR shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, losses, or failed shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.
Missed, Failed, or Refused Deliveries
If no recipient is available at the delivery address, the customer must contact NOIR to reschedule delivery.
Orders that remain unclaimed for more than 3 days after the first delivery attempt are no longer the responsibility of NOIR.
If an order is refused, not received, or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:
- The customer bears all shipping and return shipping costs
- Any reshipping requires payment of a new shipping fee
- Any approved refund will be processed after deducting all shipping, handling, and applicable fees
Failure to receive the order after two delivery attempts may result in additional delivery or handling fees.
Delivery Schedule
Daily delivery services are available, subject to order confirmation and operational capacity.

- Delivery time estimates begin once the order has been dispatched
- NOIR is not responsible for delays caused by unpaid fees, incorrect customer information, or courier-related issues
- NOIR shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control
