Shipping Policy

Delivery & Working Days
NOIR operates 7 days a week and delivers orders through its own fleet as well as authorized third-party courier partners.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Timing
For scheduled deliveries, orders must be placed at least 4 hours prior to the requested delivery time.

Some products may require additional preparation time, which may affect delivery timelines.

Delivery Time

Delivery Process
A signature is required upon delivery.

Delivery is made to the registered delivery address provided by the customer. Any signature at the registered address shall be considered valid proof of receipt and delivery confirmation.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location, and additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas.

Free shipping offers, if applicable, are subject to specific conditions determined solely by NOIR.

Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

NOIR shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, losses, or failed shipments resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.

Missed, Failed, or Refused Deliveries
If no recipient is available at the delivery address, the customer must contact NOIR to reschedule delivery.

Orders that remain unclaimed for more than 3 days after the first delivery attempt are no longer the responsibility of NOIR.

If an order is refused, not received, or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect information:

- The customer bears all shipping and return shipping costs
- Any reshipping requires payment of a new shipping fee
- Any approved refund will be processed after deducting all shipping, handling, and applicable fees

Failure to receive the order after two delivery attempts may result in additional delivery or handling fees.

Delivery Schedule
Daily delivery services are available, subject to order confirmation and operational capacity.

- NOIR is not responsible for delays caused by unpaid fees, incorrect customer information, or courier-related issues

Refund & Exchange Policy
At NOIR, we are committed to quality while maintaining strict and transparent policies.

Standard Refund & Exchange Period
Customers may request a refund or exchange within 14 days only from the date of receiving the order.

Any requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects as outlined below.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty (31 Days)
All products are covered by a 31-day warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the delivery date.

Refunds or exchanges within the 31-day period are strictly limited to cases where a clear manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

Conditions for Refund & Exchange
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
- NOIR reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject any request

Online Payments & Bank Fees
For refunds made via online payment methods, all bank and payment gateway transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

NOIR is not responsible for any third-party banking or processing fees.

Installment & “Triple Zero” Offers
If a purchase is made using installment plans or “Triple Zero” promotions and a refund is requested:

- Any applicable interest amount will be deducted
- The customer bears all bank commissions and fees related to the installment service

NOIR bears no responsibility for bank-imposed terms or deductions.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

In exchange cases, customers are responsible for all shipping and re-shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

Refund Processing Time
Once approved after inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the original payment method and bank procedures.
